This is a plain-language note about the early access list for HYRO. It covers what we keep when you join and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address.
The optional role you pick (runner, club organizer or brand).
The date and time you joined.
The page or link you came from, if there was one.
Your browser type.
A scrambled hash of your IP address. We use it only to stop spam and never store the address itself.

To email you about HYRO opening. That is the only reason we have it.

We don't sell your details or share them with advertisers.

The HYRO team, and the companies that host our website and database: Vercel and Supabase.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

To see, change or delete what we hold about you, write to hyro.run@gmail.com. Every email from us also has an unsubscribe link.

HYRO is for people aged 13 and older.
